А мне кажется есть в этом доля правды, и если следовать определенным правилам и принимать ванну регулярно, то положительного эффекта вполне можно добиться. Конечно из пышки в миниатюрную дюймовочку не превратишься)), но подтянуться и улучшить состояние кожи реально! Мне в свое время удалось скинуть 6 кг за месяц. купаясь с содой и имбирем, но это правда вкупе с домашним фитнесом и легкой диетой. Кушать конечно надо в меру))
